Founded over 20 years ago, KSM specializes in providing U.S. state and federal motor fuels tax Compliance, General Consulting, and Tax Technology services to clients in the oil and gas industry. Whether it's establishing or refining a return preparation process, researching tax and registration issues, or providing ease in implementation and integration of a client-selected motor fuels tax reporting or data analytics software, KSM works with clients to efficiently and effectively meet business and compliance needs. Houston-based KSM works primarily with clients in the refining and marketing industry, including refiners, traders, and terminal/pipeline operators, and clients in the natural gas industry who operate fractionation plants. Our focus and commitment to this specialty area provides a depth of knowledge in the motor fuels tax area not typically found in other accounting, law, or consulting firms.
